What We Need
The Human Resources and Finance Manager is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the financial management and HR functions of the company. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations as well as leading the HR function with talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, legal compliance and all other HR functions at Grand Image.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources :
- Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and job offers.
- Define and implement robust onboarding program for all new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate values.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop bi-monthly manager meeting content, coordinate training and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor and manage employee records.
- Collaborate with leadership and management team to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align workforce strategy with business goals.
- Review legal contracts as needed. Point of contact for our corporate legal team with regards to contracts, agreements and employment issues.
