Position: Roustabout Pusher
Schedule: 5/2, (2) man crew
Location: Brownfield (Must be willing to travel as needed)
Pusher Pay: $20-26.00/hr DOE
Hand Pay: $ 15-20 / hr DOE

As a Roustabout, you will play a crucial role in supporting drilling operations by assisting with rig setup, maintenance, and transportation of materials. Your mechanical knowledge and ability to operate heavy machinery will contribute to the success of our projects. We prioritize safety above all else, so your adherence to OSHA regulations will be essential.
Job Description:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Operate heavy machinery, such as cranes, forklifts, and tankers
- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to and from job sites
Experience
- Knowledge of fiberglass flow lines and pump jacks
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience with major O&G company
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Can reside in: Denver City, Plains, Brownfield, Seagraves or Hobbs
