Looking for a fun and challenging job where your efforts make a difference? The Grand Junction Vein Center is looking for part time Office Manager. The person selected for this important and rewarding position will work weekdays- total hours worked per week should be in the 18-30 hour range. The Vein Center is looking for someone who is a professional and capable problem solver. The Office Manager represents the Vein Center with patients, physicians and billing personnel and oversees the work of a small group of capable clinic employees.
The selected candidate will be oriented to the clinic policies and procedures, medical records and billing software and will support the operations of the clinic by acting as a resource to the various stakeholders who may have questions or comments regarding clinic protocols. The Office Manager reports to the Clinical Director Dr. Andrew Morse DO.
The selected candidate should have experience working in an office setting, a functional understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as some familiarity with general office accounting as applying patient payments to the correct patient bill is one of the essential job duties of this position. Previous experience with Quickbooks and Athena medical record software is a plus.
The successful candidate will have passed thorough pre-employment screening that include drug, criminal background and professional reference checks. Compensation is negotiable- experience and success potential will influence the compensation of the selected candidate.

Our clinic is located in the building next to Community Hospital in Grand Junction. COVID protocols in place in the hospital are also followed in the clinic- and changes from time to time depending on Mesa County Health Department recommendations.
