Able to follow teacher direction for student(s) with possible behavioral, physical and / or instructional needs in and out of the classroom. Position may involve some lifting.

Sensitive to student's emotional needs and support.
Cooperative Discipline Training preferred.
Duties :
Work with and report to classroom teacher.
Willing to help follow behavior management plan for student(s).
Willing to help student(s) with instructional material in the classroom.
Willing to assist student(s) with personal needs.
Other duties as administratively assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school graduate.
Must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read and interpret written directions and have the ability and knowledge to assist students in all academic disciplines.
Must have good work record, including excellent attendance and punctuality, dependable, flexible and cooperative, professional appearance and positive attitude.
