The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors through various activities and events. *Responsibilities* - Plan, organize, and oversee a diverse range of activities and events tailored to the interests and abilities of senior residents - Coordinate daily schedules to ensure a variety of engaging programs are available - Implement activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being - Collaborate with caregivers to support residents in daily living activities (ADLs) - Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations to enhance resident experiences - Manage budgets and resources effectively for activity programming *Requirements* - Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or long-term care settings - Strong knowledge of event planning and schedule management - Familiarity with dementia care and aging issues counseling - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Certification in relevant fields is a plus Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our senior residents through meaningful and engaging activities!
