Compensation:$90,000 - $110,000 yearly
Responsibilities:The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Food & Beverage Division. The Director of Food and Beverage will supervise a variety of departments, including a restaurant, banquets, and kitchen. This position is responsible for all functions within the food and beverage division, including forecasting, budgeting, understanding profit and loss statements, purchases, production, service, sanitation, staff, training, food and beverage cost controls, and generating revenues.
Qualifications:Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage. A college degree is preferred. Experience with menu design, food and beverage controls, and payroll costs is required. The ability to deal with internal and external customers in a diplomatic, constructive, and professional manner is required.
