What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Grand Peaks Property?
The primary job responsibility is to support the Florida acquisition, development, and asset management teams in the pursuit of new opportunities, implementation of business plans, and ongoing investor and lender relations.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintain proprietary company acquisition and asset management Excel templates.
• Underwrite and review development and acquisition opportunities.
• Track national deal flow and historical transaction data.
• Screen regional opportunities and make recommendations to executive team.
• Facilitate transaction closings and transition of business plan to management team.
• Conduct extensive market and economic research on all active markets.
• Create and maintain rent and sales comparable surveys.
• Produce debt and equity investment memorandums.
• Support asset management with monthly reporting
• Assist local and regional teams with transaction management.
• Communicate with investors, brokers, and onsite personnel as needed.
• Tour properties and meet with brokers to judge the quality of the investment opportunities.
• Compile Draw Requests and directly correspond with lenders and investment equity partners.
• Approve renovation expenses up to $50,000 per item.
• Other duties, as assigned.
