Customer Relations Agent
Location: Grand Prix Subaru – VIP Automotive Group
Full-Time - Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Performance Bonuses
Are you a people person with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers? Grand Prix Subaru, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is looking for a Customer Relations Agent to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Greet and assist customers in-store, ensuring a welcoming experience.
✔️ Guide customers to service advisors, refreshments, or the waiting area.
✔️ Offer snacks and provide a positive atmosphere while customers wait.
✔️ Conduct follow-up calls for previous day’s repair orders.
✔️ Contact customers from the deposition report to gather feedback.
✔️ Organize and lead CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) meetings with staff and management.
✔️ Maintain professional appearance and uphold company standards.
✔️ Work towards department goals: 40% total response rate, 95% FFV (Fixed First Visit).
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous telephone or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
A friendly and professional attitude with a go-getter mindset.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities.
Self-motivated team player who enjoys engaging with customers.
