SUMMARY
As a key member of the Sales Operations Team, this role serves as an advocate for our customers, working collaboratively across the company to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The primary responsibility of this position is to enter orders into the ERP system. The Specialist is a meticulous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
ESSENTAL DUTIES:
- Efficiently organizes and prioritizes work in the Order Entry inbox.
- Accurately enters orders into the ERP system, following up with Account Managers as needed to confirm order details or obtain missing or corrected information.
- Communicates changes or improvements to the configurator to the rest of the Sales Operations team.
- Demonstrates expertise in the process for entering Specials orders.
- Participates in testing for ERP system improvements and upgrades.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
