About the Company : Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their team in Chicago, IL.

About the Role : Full-time, Direct Hire

Ideal candidate will have a strong background leading M&A due diligence teams and negotiating transactions.

Candidate should possess excellent writing, analytical, and legal research skills.

Annual Salary Range : $175,000 to $330,000

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience as a Transactional Attorney in a law firm setting.
  • 4 years of M&A experience.
  • Member of the Illinois Bar.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
  • Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
  • High Attention to Detail.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
