Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team at Grand Steel. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with customers in various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with customers in various industries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales approaches.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel sales, preferably in flat rolled steel service centers or distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of flat rolled steel products, processing, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the steel industry.
