**Job Summary:**
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Grand Tradition's facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, completing repairs on equipment, and inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and repair duties including refrigeration, plumbing, low-voltage wiring, restaurant and kitchen equipment, painting, and HVAC.
- Assist janitorial team with daily duties to include clean buildings and restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying and re-placing liners of trash cans, windows, etc. Assist events team with event related work orders.
- Responsible for assisting with shop inventory levels including lanterns, janitorial and maintenance supplies.
- Assist all departments with various projects as needed.
**Physical Standards:**
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to talk clearly and hear responses.
- Must have the ability to receive detailed information through hearing and to make discriminations in sound.
- Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, and climb stairs.
- Must be able to reach, grasp and finger objects and operate business and cleaning equipment.
- Manual dexterity required for keyboard functions, and repetitive motions.
- Minimum visual acuity requirements include reading numbers, printed instructions and video display terminals.
- Must be able to exert weights of up to ninety (90) pounds of force on an occasional basis, and twenty (20) pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
