The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa.
Responsibilities:
Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Two years of spa or administrative experience preferred. Computer literacy, previous employment history with an emphasis on customer service and guest satisfaction, hospitality experience, cash register and cash handling experience, and multi-phone line experience helpful. Excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, excellent organization and communication skills, must be well-groomed and present a professional image.Excellent time management skills, ability to meet firm deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Project a professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance at all times
- High level of teamwork, interaction, and communication with others in the division and resort
- Handle multi-tasked functions at the same time, and work well under pressure without jeopardizing the quality of the guest experience
- Process all spa reservations accurately and efficiently
- Meet, greet, and serve spa guests both on the phone and in person
- Maintain assigned station and equipment in working order
- Inventory supplies as needed
- Order Alcohol beverages per guest needs and deliver them to the guest
