Spa Attendant

Position Overview:

Step into a world of luxury and tranquility! As a Spa Attendant, you’ll be the magic behind the scenes ensuring that every guest’s experience is pure bliss. Your role is to provide exceptional, personalized service that leaves a lasting impression while maintaining the serene atmosphere and pristine cleanliness of our spa. You’ll be the face of relaxation, ensuring that our guests feel pampered, cared for, and at home in our spa sanctuary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome & Engage: Greet guests with a radiant smile and positive energy, setting the tone for a relaxing spa experience.

• Guest Service Excellence: Answer questions about services, guide guests, and make their journey through the spa smooth and memorable.

• Maintain Zen: Keep all public areas of the spa spotless, ensuring a calm, peaceful environment that feels just like a retreat.

• Flow of Serenity: Ensure that the spa amenities are flowing seamlessly—helping guests navigate the spa while keeping everything in top-notch shape.

• Linen & Stocking: Manage the linen inventory and restock items as needed—fresh towels, robes, and more!

• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: If a guest has a concern, you’ll handle it with grace, resolving the issue or guiding them to the right person.

• Safety & Security: Follow all safety and security guidelines to ensure a secure and safe environment for everyone.

• Behind the Scenes: Maintain the back-of-house areas organized and visually appealing, just like the rest of our spa.

• Extra Duties: No two days are the same! Be ready for a variety of tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Multitasking Master: You thrive when juggling several tasks, always with a calm demeanor.

• Self-Starter: You can take initiative, meet goals, and drive results with minimal direction.

• Time Management Guru: You manage your time well and are able to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

• Problem Solver: You stay cool under pressure and find solutions to challenges in the moment.

• Physical Stamina: Occasional lifting (up to 40 pounds) and standing or walking for 4-5 hours at a time. Must be comfortable with bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

• Professional Integrity: You take pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.

Education & Experience:

• 1 year of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar field.
