- Manage Spa Group Logistics: Oversee all aspects of group bookings, from initial planning to on-site coordination, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Be the Primary Contact: Communicate effectively with group organizers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Create Tailored Spa Packages: Arrange treatments, schedule appointments, and manage spa facilities to meet the specific requirements of each group.
- Collaborate with Spa Professionals: Work closely with spa staff to coordinate services, allocate resources, and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: Process group payments, invoices, and contracts efficiently and accurately.
- Contribute to Business Growth: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain group bookings, driving revenue for Glacial Waters Spa.
Your Mission:
- Coordinate Group Bookings: Manage the scheduling, treatment arrangements, and facility needs for group reservations.
- Communicate Effectively: Liaise with group organizers to gather information, confirm details, and provide updates.
- Provide Personalized Service: Offer tailored recommendations and assistance to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for group guests.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Work with spa staff to coordinate services, allocate resources, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Process Transactions: Handle group payments, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support Sales & Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain group bookings.
- Track Performance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to group bookings and revenue generation.
- Address Inquiries & Issues: Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and address feedback from group guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about spa services, promotions, and packages to effectively promote and sell to group clients.
- Assist with Training: Support spa staff training and mentoring on group booking procedures and customer service standards.
