We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Representative, Clinical Partnership Outreach, to lead the expansion of our post-orthopedic and post-cardiac surgery home health program. This role is ideal for a dynamic, skilled healthcare professional who excels in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. The Representative, Clinical Partnership Outreach, will play a key role in positioning our organization as the premier choice for post-orthopedic and post-cardiac surgery rehabilitation and recovery in the home health industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Leadership :
Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hospitals, orthopedic and cardiology practices, and orthopedic and cardiac surgery centers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic and cardiac surgeons, and hospital discharge planners.
Identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.
Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
