Ortho & Cardiac Service Line, Clinical Partnerships Outreach Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Representative, Clinical Partnership Outreach, to lead the expansion of our post-orthopedic and post-cardiac surgery home health program. This role is ideal for a dynamic, skilled healthcare professional who excels in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. The Representative, Clinical Partnership Outreach, will play a key role in positioning our organization as the premier choice for post-orthopedic and post-cardiac surgery rehabilitation and recovery in the home health industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Leadership :

Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hospitals, orthopedic and cardiology practices, and orthopedic and cardiac surgery centers.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to grow post-orthopedic and cardiac surgery care referrals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Partnership Development :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic and cardiac surgeons, and hospital discharge planners.

  • Present tailored home health solutions that meet the unique needs of post-cardiac surgery patients.
  • Market Analysis and Growth :
  • Identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.

  • Provide insights to refine service offerings and enhance the patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Operational Collaboration :
  • Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.

  • Communicate client needs and feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare services, or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of home health regulations and reimbursement models.
