Home Health PTs and PTAs

We are a leading home health agency dedicated to delivering top-tier rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgeries and injuries in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, especially those recovering from total knee replacements (TKR), total hip replacements (THR), and other post-operative conditions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy treatment to post-surgical patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home safety, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Experience working with post-operative orthopedic patients, specifically those recovering from knee and hip replacements.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, joint replacement recovery, and pain management strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of patients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
