Job Summary
Grande is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to join our executive team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals. You will lead the Finance & Accounting and Business Technology departments, overseeing fiscal performance, developing and implementing financial strategies in compliance with industry regulations, and leading innovation to improve business processes. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the financial future of Grande as we expand into new markets and adopt cutting-edge systems.
Equally important to your financial expertise is your ability to build trust and deliver value while fostering the growth and development of our associates. What You Need To Be Considered For The Role
- MBA in Finance is highly preferred,
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive or senior financial leadership capacity.
- CPG or manufacturing experience is essential, with a deep understanding of financial operations, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of advanced financial analytics and value-based performance methods.
- Demonstrated success in leading Finance & Accounting teams and a strong track record in talent development and performance management.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills and experience working closely with executive teams and boards of directors.
- Experience overseeing Business Technology functions and implementing technology solutions that drive efficiency and support business growth is highly preferred.
