Key Responsibilities

• P&L Oversight: Lead and manage the U.S. $150M P&L, encompassing Accounting, Finance, and Tax functions.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with European headquarters to align operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Reporting & Automation: Establish and automate financial reporting systems, including segmentation into multiple P&Ls to enhance transparency and accountability.
• Audit Leadership: Manage all audits and ensuring compliance
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop a team of 7, fostering growth and operational excellence.
• Banking Transition: Oversee the transition to a new banking partner, aligning with global strategies.
• Costing & Inventory Management: Build and refine costing structures and drive efficiency in inventory management practices.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership on R&D and strategic initiatives to support long-term growth
• U.S. Operations Oversight: Manage intercompany transactions, tax structures, and financial strategies across multiple business units and locations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong track record as a CFO.
• CPA/MBA preferred
• International experience, ideally with European coordination.
• Expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead and automate financial reporting systems.
