Job Summary
Under limited supervision, operate multiple types of dairy equipment machines used for cheese and / or whey manufacturing processes, to produce products according to company specifications, quality, and safety objectives. You will also inspect, calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot the production equipment, and perform preventive / general maintenance, and communicate to Cheesemakers and / or Process Specialists any issues and adjustments that may be needed. A Dairy Equipment Operator must have the ability to adapt quickly to different situations, the ability to handle stressful situations well, and be team oriented.
Shift Hours
5 : 30PM - 6 : 00AM, 2-2-3 schedule
