The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager ensures the highest-quality services are provided to the members and their guests. Assist the Front of House Management Team with recruiting, training, scheduling, maintaining service standards, dining operations, and relationships between club members, guests, and employees. He / she leads the planning, management, and promotion of all club youth and family events, camps, and recreational activities. This role ensures high-quality experiences through creative programming, staff coordination, and collaboration across departments. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the pool management firm (Swim Club Management) operations and fostering a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Requirements : Food & Beverage :
- Assist the Member & Special Events Manager with planning and executing banquets and special functions.
- Assists the food and beverage management team with recruiting, training, scheduling, maintaining service standards, dining operations, and relationships between club members, guests, and employees.
- Ensure smooth service flow through pre-shift meetings and effective staff coordination.
- Address member and guest concerns promptly, sharing feedback with relevant teams.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements :
The employee must be physically able to work at any duty station when necessary. The employee must be able to stand and walk for up to four hours and lift to 50 pounds regularly. The employee must also be able to stoop or bend frequently, kneel occasionally, reach above shoulder level regularly, balance, and push / pull for up to four hours. The employee must be capable of firm grasping and fine dexterity with both hands throughout the shift. The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on Club events. The final candidate must pass a pre-employment background investigation, including a driving record check required to operate Club vehicles.
