POSITION SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the GL Food and Beverage Director, the GL F&B Office Manager oversees F&B accounting for all GL F&B operations, F&B administrative needs, and daily F&B Reporting. The GL F&B Office Manager effectively communicates and interacts with team members, vendors and guests while providing genuine, timely, and seamless service. The GL F&B Office Manager performs following Grandlife Hotels Service Culture and achieves stated objectives in sales, accounting and budget goals, guest relations, professionalism, positive teamwork, and organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile general ledger for all F&B outlets
- Reconcile F&B monthly statements
- Assist in monthly P&L analysis – F&B Variance Report
- Assist with monthly inventories
- Assist with spot checking monthly inventory counts
- Generate Monthly Sales Mix Reports for all venues
- Create Purchase Orders for F&B outlets for all venues:
- SGH
- TRH
- SD
- Kitchen
- Manage monthly declining balances for operating expenses
- Maintain daily outlet day-by-day reporting in coordination with F&B Controller
- Maintain accurate transfer records of products between hotels and within departments for proper accounting
- Handle check requests for missing paychecks and vendor payment
- Act as a liaison between vendors and hotel
- In coordination with GL F&B Director; obtain bids from multiple vendors – RIBID process / Savings
- Process all F&B invoices into Yardi system
- Monitor deliveries and secure all products in appropriate storerooms
- Coordinate monthly OS&E inventory
- Ensure all storerooms in neat condition compliant with New York State health code recommendations
- Assist with payroll as needed– process payroll alongside Director of F&B
- Maintain a meticulously clean/organized workspace, in accordance with look book standards set, and inventory par levels
- Assist with any logistical & administrative duties assigned by the GL Director of Food & Beverage
- Oversee daily performance of GL F&B Office Coordinator
- Professionally and clearly communicate on company email
- Follow safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience working in high volume & luxury properties
- 2 years of experience in accounting practices
- Food and Beverage product knowledge
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced Microsoft office
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivating and self-starting
- Dependable and punctual
- Must have flexible and open availability
- Have the ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, and carry multiple objects
- Food handler certification card
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Provide legible communication
- Compute basic arithmetic

Salary : $75,000 - $77,000
