We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounting and Data Specialist to join our team. We offer an opportunity to work with a company that has stability and resources for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Accounting
- Monthly Inventory
- Maintain Inventory Transactions
- Inventory Reporting
- Assist in lot trace reporting
- Purchase order maintaining and filing
- Job Costing
- Maintain oversight of daily inventory disposition
- Incoming ingredient documentation
- Ensure correct allocation of goods for shipment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
- Highly detail orientated
- Accounting Skills
- Critical thinking
- Problem solving and all-around good judgment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent mathematical ability
- Creation of documents/reports spread sheets utilizing the following Microsoft products.
- Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
