Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Technician to join our dynamic surgical team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, and supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures. Responsibilities include setting up operating rooms, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of surgical tools, and adhering to safety protocols to minimize infection risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists surgeon during operative procedures by passing instruments, medications, dressings, etc., and often provides retraction assistance.
- Inventorying sterile set-up as needed. Previous surgical scrub experience and/or completion of a surgical scrub tech program required.
- Strong knowledgebase of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique preferred.
- Reports to a charge nurse or nurse manager.
