Territory Sales Representative (Industrial Sales) - Odessa, TX

Due to growth, they have an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative for their Odessa, TX territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts to expand the client base.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service to maintain and grow accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value and applications of our cutting tools and related industrial products.
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and quotas for territory development.
- Track and document customer cost savings to showcase the impact of our solutions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven success in B2B cold calling and sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Familiarity with cutting tools and/or CNC programming is highly desirable.
- Candidates with outside sales experience from industrial distribution or cutting tool manufacturers are strongly preferred.
