A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator
Here's how you'll contribute to our team:
Onboarding Coordination: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for new hires, creating comprehensive onboarding plans that ensure a smooth, engaging introduction to the copmpany.
College Recruitment & Internship Programming: Manage college recruitment initiatives and oversee our internship program, ensuring every participant feels supported and inspired from day one.
Employee Benefits: Serve as the primary contact for transactional benefits support, resolving issues with clarity and care.
Recognition Program Management: Administer our reward and recognition programs, celebrating achievements and driving employee engagement.
Training Operations: Organize training logistics- from scheduling and room setup to technology coordination and follow-up communications- to ensure every session runs seamlessly.
Training Documentation Development: Assist in creating dynamic training materials, guides, and visuals that empower our employees and support continuous growth.
What You Bring to the Team
Basic knowledge of human resources principles (coursework in HR is a plus).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
A strong customer service orientation with a drive to provide top-notch support and follow-through.
A self-starter mentality- assertive, highly motivated, and well-organized.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a natural ability to communicate and collaborate.
Superior computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite; experience with HR-specific systems is a bonus.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where shifting priorities are the norm.
