Granger is seeking a director of marketing to define and lead the overall marketing vision and strategic marketing plan. Tactical efforts will include budget management, strategy execution, website ownership, relationship building, community outreach and measuring outcomes. The talented marketing team includes communications and community relations management, as well as social media and graphic design experts to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO to define corporate goals and use them as the foundation for creating an overall marketing vision and detailed strategic plan to drive desired outcomes
- Serve as the leader for the integrated Marketing Department responsible for executing strategy, management, optimization, performance and reporting
- Maintain a company-wide focus for marketing to support the needs of sales, as well as the human resources team and our internal workforce
- Ensure effective measurement of marketing efforts using digital analytics, sales response and other pertinent indicators
- Ensure marketing strategy includes purposeful community relations and effective representation of Granger in target communities
- Provide strategic direction for the Granger Corporate Giving Program, including making recommendations for and executing sponsorships and donations, to support corporate vision, mission and goals
- Manage, coach and develop the marketing team to create a collaborative and creative culture
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation within the department and across all functional areas

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an integrated marketing role, with at least five years in a leadership position driving digital sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team of diverse marketing professionals across digital advertising, organic social, SEO, content marketing and marketing automation
- Ability and willingness to work in-office and travel to various locations as needed
