Flooring and Tile Sales

Job Overview
Granite and Marble Specialties is looking for a dedicated Flooring and Tile Specialist. The Flooring & Tile Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right flooring and tile products to meet their design and functionality needs. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Duties

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on flooring and tile options, features, installation processes, and care
• Maintain knowledge of current product lines, pricing, and promotions
• Provide accurate quotes and project estimates
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and customers to close sales
• Coordinate with warehouse, installation, and scheduling teams to ensure a seamless process
• Build relationships with designers, contractors, and repeat customers
• Maintain an organized showroom and display area
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Experience

• 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in flooring, tile, home improvement, or design
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints or measure spaces (preferred but not required)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Driven by customer satisfaction and results

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
