Tile & Stone Technician II

What Youll Do
- Restore and seal ceramic, porcelain, and naturalstone surfaces (marble, granite, travertine, etc.)
- Remove and replace failing grout or caulk; repair minor tile damage
- Operate steam cleaners, rotary buffers, and other specialty equipment
- Mix and apply sealants, colorants, and epoxy products to exact specs
- Explain the process to homeowners, answer questions, and leave every job cleaner than you found it
- Complete digital job reports and photos; maintain a neat, stocked work van
- Work solo on small projects and team up on larger installs
- 2 years paid experience in tile, stone, flooring, or bathroom remodel work
- Handson skills with grinders, buffers, and hand tools
- Strong eye for detailyou notice a pinhole in grout from six feet away
- Good people skills; youre on time, polite, and keep customers informed
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet most of the day
- Bonus points for caulking mastery, epoxy grout work, or prior leadership
- $30 $36/hour after training, plus generous tips
- $28/hour during handson training
- $250 cash bonus when training is complete
