Responsibilities
- Greet customers as soon as they enter our store and offer assistance
- Process orders for customer orders including taking orders over the phone, entering them into the system, and organizing all paperwork
- Ensure the accuracy of orders placed by customers
- Assist customers in choosing the correct parts for their repair needs
- Work closely with other departments such as purchasing, shipping, and receiving
- Maintain parts inventory to ensure timely supply of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in parts processing
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer Literate
