The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and ~3-5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, business banking, or a related financial role.
- Active prospecting and development of new commercial business lending opportunities.
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns, business plans, and other relevant documents to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
- Designing and proposing flexible, business-specific loan solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Working closely with Granite Bank's departments to ensure efficient loan processing and maintain a smooth experience for customers.
- Researching market trends and local economic conditions to identify risks and new business opportunities for Granite Bank.
- Maintaining compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout the lending process.
