The Final Docs Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and processing final mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in our loan origination system.
This role involves processing incoming mail of trailing documents, scanning and uploading final documents to the loan origination system, data entry based on document types received, and communicating with correspondent lenders and title companies regarding outstanding final documents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to handle a high volume of emails, and input data accurately and efficiently into computer software systems.
