Position Summary :
The Senior Design Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling content while also developing and executing marketing strategies. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and designing graphics for various marketing materials and platforms. This role will manage the day to day of our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will blend strong graphic design capabilities with strategic marketing skills to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Day to day management of all graphic design projects, from request, to design, to completion.
- Overseeing design projects and ensuring designs are timely delivered and adhere to company standards.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print, and events.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and sales of bank & mortgage products.
- Create and implement targeted campaigns to attract and engage potential borrowers and real estate partners.
- Develop and oversee content that communicates the benefits of mortgage / banking products, including website content, brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mortgage industry.
- Be point of contact and maintain library of social media posts, flyers, postcards, and any other marketing collateral needed
- Marketing and design projects as assigned.
