Job Description:
- We are seeking a Senior Designer to support program initiatives by developing mechanical and electro-mechanical designs for components, assemblies, and tools.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, vendors, and customers to ensure designs meet military standards and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D CAD models and design layouts using Creo 9.
- Perform tolerance analysis and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Prepare drawing packages to ASME or military standards.
- Collaborate with systems engineers to validate designs.
- Review completed drawings for accuracy and producibility.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Creo 9.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
- Experience with MILSPEC/STD s and production methods.
- Model-Based Definition (MBD) experience is a plus.
