Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective office management.
- Coordinate projects across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the executive team as needed, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication between teams and departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, with strong project coordination skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Previous experience in a clerk or front desk role is preferred but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative in supporting executive leadership.
