Company Description:
Granite Hills Group (GHG) is the re-branded landscaping company formed in 2021 by the merger of several family-owned landscaping companies based in Spartanburg, SC; Charlotte, NC; and Raleigh-Durham, NC. The Spartanburg office was formerly Sodfather Landscaping. The new partnership is the platform from which GHG will become the dominant commercial landscape company in the Carolinas while retaining the culture of a family-owned business. Each branch has a landscape construction division and maintenance division and as such provides turnkey landscaping services from project groundbreaking through ongoing maintenance
Summary
The Production Manager is the vital connection between our crews and our customers. These managers translate customer needs to the crews serving those properties, thereby ensuring the we provide excellent customer service and quality standards. This manager is responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals through the delivery of outstanding service and strong client relationships.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience level: 3 – 5 years, preferably as a crew leader
Schedule: weekdays Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 a.m. with shared responsibility (on a rotating basis) for closing and peak-season Saturdays (as-needed only).
Travel requirement: no overnight travel except for occasional company meetings.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
