Account Manager – Grounds Management Division

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee our Grounds Management Division, ensuring top-quality service and strong client relationships.
Job Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing crew performance, and ensuring properties receive the highest standard of care. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial and residential accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, issues, and enhancements.
- Work closely with crew foremen to ensure proper execution of landscape maintenance tasks.
- Provide recommendations for landscape improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor and manage budgets, job costs, and profitability for each account.
- Coordinate seasonal services, including fertilization, pruning, mulching, and irrigation management.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching crews efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in landscape management, horticulture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of turf care, ornamental plant maintenance, irrigation systems, and grounds management best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
