Our company is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced Landscape Production Manager who will be responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities in our Production/New Home Division.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in production landscaping with regional and national honebuilders
- Ability to manager 3-4 crews
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Being willing to be in a support role and being an effective communicator
- Valid Driver's License
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily monitoring of schedule and job tracking
- Visit job sites on a regular basis, observe the organization of work, identify and resolve training issues, and take necessary actions to ensure quality work.
- Manage labor team(s)
- Monitor staff hours and maintain the company goal of less than 5% over time
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades while working hand-in-hand with the VP of Operations
- Ensure client's needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Track and manage contemplated change notices and change orders.
- Assist in organizing and completing job task scheduling for team members.
- Communicate effectively with the landscape team to ensure tasks and instructions are understood.
- Communicate with management and staff effectively.
- Manage time and resources well.
- Demonstrate good organizational and leadership ability.
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members.
- Assist in any regular meetings with the landscape team to determine any problem areas, and seek suggestions from the team.
