Reporting to the ADON, the Nursing Scheduling Coordinator anticipates the 24 hour staffing needs of the nursing department and is responsible for facilitating the scheduling of Nurses and Mental Health Technicians. Candidate will maintain the weekly master schedule and fill vacancies as needed through coordination with the department directors. In collaboration with HR, will assist in maintaining the control and monitoring of FTE count.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Psychiatric Inpatient Setting providing training; or any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital business office.
- Successful completion of CPR and CPI training, CPR Trainer preferred.
