Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm with NO WEEKEND hours!
We offer a 4-day work week with a SET day off each week, with great benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
- Collect and update client information in the database
- Assist with filing, record keeping, and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with medical collections and insurance processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
Skills:
- Veterinary knowledge
- Pet care techniques
- Understanding of veterinary procedures
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology
- Experience with medical collection processes such as fecal's and urines
