DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

This Nonprofit Program Administrator has the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
  • Track program goals and outcomes, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program leaders to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.
  • Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving strategies.
  • Support program staff in their day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support as needed.

We need a coordinator with the following qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience providing vocational assessment services, workforce development, or job development services for people with disabilities
  • Close familiarity with the local recovery community
  • Direct or indirect lived experience with Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Services
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience working with youth or young adults is preferable
  • CRSW credentials preferred

This Nonprofit Program Administrator works during regular business hours with the occasional night or weekend as needed.
