What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dallas Corporate Executive Assistant position at Granite Properties?
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, schedule broker events, prepare expense reports, and maintain calendars and contacts for assigned executives
- Coordinate and plan executive retreats and meetings, including executives’ involvement in industry associations and charity organizations
- Lead team to coordinate and plan all company-wide events, including milestone anniversary parties
- Reconcile company bank statements and mobile phone statements on a monthly basis
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and other records including maintain company legal documents electronic filings for CAO
- Prepare correspondence and written documentation, including composing correspondence of a routine nature, agenda for staff meetings, statistical reports, and presentations
- Prepare the annual budget for Executive Overhead and monitor expenses to ensure adherence throughout the year
- Prepare and review monthly variance reports for Executive Overhead to monitor budget adherence and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate general corporate admin tasks including office moves, sending marketing mailouts, and inputting and coding invoices in Nexus for Executive Overhead
- Assist in selecting and purchasing office furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies
- Order company stationery for the entire organization
- Oversee all corporate accounts, including Staples, Amazon, First Choice, FedEx, Natura, Onsolve, and our travel agent, ensuring efficient account management
- Serve as the lead admin to the group to provide support and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is preferred, high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 10 years previous related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to independently move throughout the office and consistently and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel Required:
Minimal travel, up to 5%.
