Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their c-level executives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of C-Level executive.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare for executive meetings, including creating agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals to maintain seamless office operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, private equity, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
