What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Granite Property Management?
Property Manager position with a growing, regional property management company. Full-time position to manage an 108-unit, professionally managed rental community in Mt Vernon, Ohio. Must have the ability to work independently, manage others, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Showing and renting available apartments
· Processing applications and preparing leases
· Rent Collection
· Accounting Data Entry
· Resident Customer Service
· Manage and work closely with Maintenance Staff
· Managing and Scheduling Vendors
· Preparation of weekly and quarterly reports
· Preparation of annual operating budget
Requirements:
· Strong PC and Internet Skills
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to learn with minimal direction
· Very strong customer service skills.
· Sales experience a plus, but not required
· Multifamily / Property Management experience highly preferred
This is a full time, professional position, with vacation, paid holidays, and other benefits. Note – this is NOT a "live on site" position. An apartment is not part of the compensation package. A mandatory background and drug test will be conducted.
