ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

- Develops and executes short and long-range marketing plans to include marketing promotions, advertising and promotional programs, special events and entertainment in an effort to increase sales revenue, attract new guests, increase guest retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities, working within established budgets..
- Actively oversees marketing operations and campaign management over the entire lifecycle of the marketing campaign from inception, to launch, to evaluation of result, following appropriate project management methodologies and providing effective organizational communication to other impacted areas.
- Collaborate with Finance on Player’s Club operations to ensure growth in membership and card utilization.
- Leads the development and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging database marketing to target specific customer segments for promotions and retention strategies.
- Monitors and evaluates guest research, market conditions and competitor data, and implements marketing plan alterations as needed based on market intelligence.
- Analyzes and reports on all brand communication marketing campaigns and develops metrics and KPI’s to measure success of initiatives and adjust as necessary for all campaigns.
- Plan and execute community relations campaigns.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to develop and distribute internal communication.
- Distribute marketing initiatives, reports, calendars and other marketing communications to the property leadership.
- Assists G2 with the property's advertising efforts, including media buying, content creation, and both traditional and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
- Recommends media buying and advertising placement, with engagement in digital media including digital displays and social media integration.
- Work with external agencies to open jobs and schedule advertising across various media channels.
- Management of properties’ online/social media presence, including maximizing ecommerce opportunities with business partners.
- Manages and evaluates the use of company brand standards in all aspects of operations.
- Implements short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement. Identifies key drivers of success.
- Oversees the performance of team members under his/her area of responsibility.
- Administers departmental operating budget and financial controls. Responsible for financial planning, forecast, labor, and payroll for areas of responsibility.
- Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field; or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 8 years of hospitality, sales and/or direct marketing experience, 3 years in a leadership role required.
- Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Google suite of products is also preferred.
- Candidate must have experience with planning and project management.
- Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Suitability to be granted a Gaming License from the New Hampshire Lottery Commission.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
