THE ROLE :
Leading brand and content strategies across all channels. Focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and organic growth while maintaining consistent brand voice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee content strategy and PR initiatives
- Build customer community and loyalty programs
- Drive social media strategy and growth
- Manage brand events and partnerships
- Lead and mentor marketing team members
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer insights
