Reservationist / Host

Job Overview
We are seeking a new member for our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality service and a background in food service or the restaurant industry, although we would consider no experience with the right attitude!

Description:

-Take reservations over the phone from guests

-Layout the evening on our reservation system to ensure accurate guest dining times

-Assign server sections, evenly distributing the guest counts to the servers

-Work with the owners regarding the guest's experience and log notes of guests preferences

-Set dining room for service and arranging tables according to reservations for the evening

-Confirm with kitchen and bar team about menu changes and print menus

-Complete administrative tasks given by owners

-Present cover counts and guest requests/preferences during out daily pre-shift meeting

-Receive guests at the door, and escort them to their table

-Complete sidework and assist with service for any need

-Summarize notes at the end of shift for the owners

-Work with the owners directly to help problem solve any guest issues

We focus on local products in our cooking, stellar service and providing a dining experience that is memorable for our guests. With owners Chef Joel and Lani Gargano onsite everyday with the team, you will receive proper training and learn how to be the best with the rest!
