Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant located in Collierville, TN. The role involves managing the closing process, communication with clients, lenders and closing attorneys; providing exceptional customer service, and dealing with home closing matters. In addition, this position assists the Marketing Coordinator, Design Studio Consultant and reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Escrow and Closings
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
