Job Objective/ Summary: The Marketing Coordinator/Referral Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, educating the community about Lawrence Hall Health & Rehabilitation's services, and driving referral growth. This role also involves coordinating community engagement efforts, fostering family involvement through the Resident Family Advisory Council, and organizing events to enhance visibility and community outreach.
Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: A Baccalaureate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to gather and analyze data to measure program success and effectiveness of initiatives. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
