Marketing Coordinator
Are you a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for design and strategic communication? The Crump Firm, a prominent Architectural and Interiors firm in Downtown Memphis, is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you have 2-3 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as marketing, communications, design, or business), and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Document Development and Delivery
- Develop proposals (RFPs/RFQs), qualifications packages, awards submissions, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the proposal (RFPs/RFQs) process, from gathering requirements to final delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to create persuasive and compelling content.
- Design proposal visuals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to last-minute changes as needed, after hours work as needed.
Presentation Development and Marketing Collateral
- Create presentations for client interviews and business opportunities.
- Design brochures, advertisements, and marketing publications.
- Maintain branding consistency and regularly update materials.
Digital and Online Marketing
- Manage and update the company website using Sitewrench.
- Develop and implement social media plans; schedule posts using Hootsuite.
- Monitor and track online engagement and media mentions.
Content Development and Asset Management
- Maintain a library of resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials.
- Track and manage physical, digital, and third-party assets.
- Oversee the creation and management of branded merchandise.
Photography and Visual Asset Management
- Take and edit photos, including headshots and project documentation, using Lightroom.
- Coordinate and manage photo shoots.
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and manage events, including internal meetings and external client engagements.
- Handle event logistics and make adjustments as needed.
- Organize team-building activities and oversee annual projects like the company Christmas card.
Administrative and Process Optimization
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues and prioritize daily tasks.
- Identify workflow improvements and track tasks using Monday.com, run meetings using Monday.com
News Monitoring and RFP Tracking
- Monitor industry news, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Track and evaluate RFPs and RFQs, coordinating responses and maintaining a log of opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, proposals, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Sitewrench and Hootsuite is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
